Satisfaction is a subjective indicator, but very important, that determine consumer attitudes regarding the brand, contributes to increase or decrease the formation of loyalty and overall perception of the brand.

Satisfaction levels should be monitored in time to see the general trend, but also to measure the effectiveness of the used strategy (progressive benchmarking). Equally important is the monitoring of the level of satisfaction of competing brands (competitive benchmarking), the key factors that trigger the feeling of satisfaction (expected attributes, exciting / surprising attributes, desired attributes) or elements that influence consumer loyalty.
